Week 14 Stat-Pack

It’s playoff time! Hopefully you’re in a position to take down plenty of leagues over the next three weeks. As Joe likes to say… it’s nut cutting time. Here are some of the key stats you need to know to make your lineups decisions ahead of Week 14:

Arizona Cardinals

  • Is Kyler Murray’s shoulder hurting him more than we know? Over the last two weeks, Murray’s average depth of throw is just 6.9 yards downfield (26th-of-33 QBs).

  • In Week 1-11, Murray’s aDOT was 8.5 yards (16th-of-37 QBs).

  • After averaging 9.2 carries and 61.9 yards per game in his first 10 games, Murray has rushed just 10 times for 46 yards over the last two weeks.

  • Kenyan Drake has handled at least two carries inside of the 10-yard line in eight-straight games.

Atlanta Falcons

  • Todd Gurley played a season-low 22 snaps this past week.

  • Over his last six games, Gurley has turned his 96 carries into 251 yards (2.6 YPC).

  • Calvin Ridley has now gone over 90 yards or scored a touchdown in 9-of-11 games.

  • Stefon Diggs is averaging 11.8 targets per game without Brown and 9.4 targets/game with Brown in the lineup.

  • Zack Moss played on a season-low 11 snaps this past week.

Carolina Panthers (Bye Last Week)

Chicago Bears

  • David Montgomery has finished as the weekly RB6 and RB1 over his last two games.

  • Over his next three games, Montgomery faces the Texans (second-most rushing yards per game allowed), Vikings (fourth-most), and Jaguars (third-most).

  • The Bears offense has been much better with Mitch Trubisky than Nick Foles. According to SIS, Chicago is averaging 0.19 more expected points per play with Trubisky under center.

  • Trubisky is pushing the ball deeper downfield than Foles did in his starts. Trubisky’s average depth of throw is 8.8 yards while Foles’ aDOT is 7.8.

Cincinnati Bengals

  • The Bengals have averaged 3.6 yards per play over the last two weeks, worst in the league.

  • They have run just 95 plays in this span, which is also the worst in the league.

Cleveland Browns

  • Nick Chubb’s weekly finishes in his seven full games: RB44 > RB4 > RB8 > RB11 > RB22 > RB4 > RB11.

Dallas Cowboys (Playing Tuesday Night)

Denver Broncos

  • Drew Lock has been on-target on just 68.4% of his throws, which is the second-lowest rate in the league per SIS.

  • With Golladay? Jones is averaging 4.6 targets and 8.9 FPG.

  • 22 of Aaron Rodgers’ 36 TDs have come inside of the 10-yard line.

Houston Texans

  • Chad Hansen (47), Keke Coutee (42), and Brandin Cooks (41) led the Texans in routes run this past week.

  • Zach Ertz only played on 44% of Eagles’ snaps last week in his return.

Pittsburgh Steelers

  • Diontae Johnson has now seen 10 or more targets in 8-of-9 games that he’s completed this season.

  • In his nine full games, Johnson is averaging 17.8 fantasy points per game. That would make him the WR8 over Calvin Ridley (17.5).
