In 2016 Edwin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (A.K.A. Exercise Science) then completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy training in 2020. His expertise is in all thing’s orthopedics, injury recovery, and he has a special interest in human performance. By the end of next year, he plans to sit for an exam to become a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, a title held by less than 10% of physical therapists in the country. As a rookie injury analyst in 2019, Edwin analyzed and projected over 150 injury situations with 80% accuracy as a member of the Fantasy Points team (then known as “The Fantasy Free Agents”). Known for his constant engagement and individual player breakdowns on social media, Edwin’s vision is to push injury advice past simple video analysis and into the realm of applying data from the medical literature to help fantasy players make informed start-sit decisions. When he’s not analyzing injuries and playing fantasy football, you’ll find Edwin travelling with his wife, trying new craft beers, or relaxing at home with his dog-ohs and pet rabbit.
